Nexus Executive

4 Tools

FREE 30-day trial (renews at $197/mo)

Choose your tools to plan your trial.

Custom builds, content and ongoing management are quoted separately.

Next: a short request with your selected plan and tools. No payment is taken and no account is created by this request.

A clear first step.

What happens after I choose my tools?

Your plan, selected tools and setup preferences carry into a short inquiry. We confirm the supported configuration, any extra costs and your access date before sending trial signup instructions. The inquiry takes no payment and creates no account.

How does the FREE 30-day trial work?

The trial covers software access for your agreed plan. A card is required at signup. After 30 days, plans renew at their monthly rate: Pylon Starter ($97/mo), Nexus Executive ($197/mo), Stargate Suite ($247/mo), unless canceled. Usage, paid extras and optional setup are separate.

Can I start small and add tools later?

Yes. Choose any one of the seven categories, any four, or all seven. We confirm the new rate, timing and any changes to your setup before an upgrade. Changing plans does not start a new trial.

How does setup work?

Standard setup is self-service with no mandatory fee. Optional guided setup is $497 once for up to 3 hours, 2 priorities within your plan and 1 revision. Custom builds, content and ongoing management are quoted separately.

Can I keep the software I already use?

Tell us which calendar, email, store, accounting or team apps you use. We confirm compatibility, data availability, permissions and costs for supported connections before signup. Custom connections have a separate scope.

What costs are separate?

Phone numbers, calls, texts, email usage, optional AI, paid apps, domains and payment processing are separate. We agree on the costs and usage choices before enabling those services.
